We want everyone to be able to find, buy and use a LuckyFish gift, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That includes:
- Every feature can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Form fields have clear labels, and errors are explained in text.
- Text and buttons meet colour contrast guidelines.
- Images have text descriptions, and background video can be paused.
- Pages respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Payments
Payment happens on Stripe’s secure checkout page, which Stripe designs to be accessible. If you have any difficulty paying, email us and we will help you complete your purchase another way.

If something on our site is hard to use, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We will reply within 2 business days and work to fix it.
